Weston Centre

In 2016, Weston Centre engaged Pritchard Associates to manage the phased modernization of it’s 32-floor building. Complete in 2022, the renovations included upgrades to the lobby, corridors, and restrooms; renovation of the exterior plazas; and amenity enhancements to the fitness center and conference rooms. The office cooling tower was replaced in 2021.  In addition to public areas, Pritchard Associates has managed the interior improvements of CommonWealth Coffeehouse and 60+ office tenants such as:
