The Hub

The Hub, a family-oriented entertainment venue originating in Seaside, Florida, has expanded with a new location in Allen, Texas. Managed by Pritchard Associates, this project was completed in just eight months. The venue features a 2,000 square foot stage suitable for live music, sports broadcasts, and movie screenings, along with a 5,700 square foot covered outdoor lawn. This area is surrounded by nine versatile indoor/outdoor restaurants, an ice cream shop, bars, and retail stores. Additionally, The Hub offers 15,000 square feet of covered dining space spread across its upper and lower levels, and nearly 13,000 square feet of extra open outdoor seating, providing a comprehensive and engaging entertainment experience.
