The First Tee of Greater Dallas

In 2016, Pritchard Associates was brought in by The First Tee of Greater Dallas to manage the construction of a new teaching center on 10 acres adjacent to the Trinity Forest Golf Club. Problematic site conditions, including brownfield reclamation and floodplain restrictions, required the project team to coordinate with the City, neighboring developers, and the project owner to assure the project’s best outcome for all parties. The First Tee’s 6,400-SF facility was designed with the flexibility to provide focused and intimate indoor learning experiences as well as serve as an open gathering space for outdoor teaching events.
