The Dallas Foundation at Pegasus Park

In addition to fully renovating the 18-story iconic Exxon-Mobil building at Pegasus Park, Pritchard Associates managed interior finishes for every tenant. In 2021, Pegasus Park welcomed The Dallas Foundation, a company that connects donors to their philanthropic goals primarily with partnerships that reduce poverty and meet today’s pressing needs in Dallas and North Texas. Lyda Hill Philanthropies partnered with J. Small Investments to cultivate a space at Pegasus Park to help nonprofit, philanthropic, and social impact organizations reach their full potential. The Dallas Foundation is one of Pegasus Park’s founding tenants and furthers this aspiration of Pegasus Park.
