In addition to fully renovating the 18-story iconic Exxon-Mobil building at Pegasus Park, Pritchard Associates managed interior finishes for every tenant. In 2021, Pegasus Park welcomed the office headquarters of Taysha Gene Therapies, a company focused on developing and commercializing AV-based gene therapies, a rapidly expanding biotech company that went public just 5 months after launching its Series A funding. Taysha Gene Therapies embodies Pegasus Park’s commitment to biotech and life science ventures, and the headquarters’ finish-out features a partitioned, open-office concept with open-beam ceilings. The entryway, boardroom and select offices have lattice and beam wood ceilings, high-gloss finishes on the counters, cabinets and tables, and a combination of wood and carpeted floors.
