The 339,000-SF facility is both home to the company’s regional office for sales and marketing, and a manufacturing and assembly facility for integrated surgical suites technology and hospital beds. 156,200 SF of the building is dedicated to office space; 30,000 SF is for manufacturing; and the remaining 152,800 SF is warehouse use, including a loading dock with two ramps and 25 dock doors.
