Stafford Grove Industrial Park, built in 2015 in the heart of Houston’s southwest industrial sub-market, provides 352,000 SF of premier distribution space in three facilities.  In addition to the shell construction, Pritchard Associates retained its management role during the interior finish phase for tenants including Matrix Metals, Mester Lighting Group, TCI Tire Center, and Chaoda USA.
