Southwest Airlines Pilot Association

Located within a high-rise office tower off State Highway 114 in Las Colinas, this project delivered a full-floor headquarters build-out for the Southwest Airlines Pilots Association, encompassing roughly 23,000 square feet of office space. The design centers on a glass-fronted reception and elevator lobby, a broad mix of private offices, huddle rooms, and conference spaces, and a suite of member amenities that includes a full breakroom and coffee bar, a wellness room, and a dedicated camera studio and podcast room for member communications. Interior finishes carry a bold, brand-forward palette, pairing warm wood-tone millwork and quartz countertops with graphic porcelain tile accents in the breakroom and coffee areas, banquette seating, and acoustic wall panels throughout. Pritchard Associates provided project management for the build-out, working alongside architect BHA Studio and general contractor K2 Construction. Construction ran from March 2025 through completion in August 2025, delivering a fully finished home for the pilots’ association and its staff.
