S.A. Dental Specialists

In 2003, Pritchard Associates was hired to manage both the construction of the S.A. Dental Specialists Medical Office Building and the tenant finish-out for Endodontic Consultants and Schroder Dental. The project included office suites, a conference room, a kitchen and reception spaces designed for medical professionals. Additionally, the building features 16 orthodontic rooms, an orthodontic laboratory and an X-ray room.
