Sewell Ineos Grenadier

The Sewell Ineos Plano project marks the comprehensive renovation of an existing structure, with an overhaul of 3,700 out of the building’s 4,000 square feet. Nestled just off Springcreek Parkway in Plano, Texas, and conveniently positioned near the Dallas North Tollway, this revamp focused on reimagining the space to serve both aesthetic and functional needs. A corner office was demolished to pave the way for a new showroom, complete with a vehicle display to spotlight the latest models. The office space received a complete facelift while retaining the centrally located restrooms and offices, and the layout was further enhanced by adding additional offices to the existing structure. This project reached its successful completion in January 2024, signifying a fresh start for the Sewell Ineos presence in Plano.
