Saint Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church

Saint Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church (SMAA) was built in 1948 in its current location. In 1957 a school was constructed onsite and by 1961 a large, modern sanctuary was completed. As the Church and school have grown and evolved, so too have their needs. A Campus Planning Committee was formed in 2014 aimed at addressing underdeveloped portions of the land as well as on-site parking needs.

Pritchard Associates’ work for St. Michael’s and All Angels (SMAA) began in 2020. The Master Plan project includes many stakeholders: from the church’s various committees and groups to the school and tenants from the office building on the north portion of the property. With Beck Architecture leading the design, and Pritchard Associates overseeing all aspects of the project, SMAA has been able to see the first phases of a plan completed that will improve community spaces, create a new entrance for the campus, relocate the Preschool onsite, consolidate staff offices and maximize the income potential of the remainder of the property. Estimated completion of the project is set for 2026.
