Sage Spring Senior Living opened its 90-unit, 76,000-SF luxury senior living community in 2020.  The facility houses both assisted living quarters and a memory care center. The shared spaces include several social gatherings areas, multiple laundry rooms, a chapel/movie room, a beauty salon, a main kitchen/dining area with a smaller kitchen/dining area in the memory care wing, and four outdoor courtyard areas.  Units are sized from studio to two bedrooms.
