Now topping 300,000 SF, Pritchard Associates managed the sitework and shell construction of two early phases of Parkline in 2003-2004. This two-phase section totaling 189,000 SF includes the area inhabited by Home Depot, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Cold Stone Creamery, Friendly Nails and Bed, Bath and Beyond, Sprint, Oshmans, Red Brick Pizza, and Quiznos.
