Orangewood Commerce Center

Owned by Provident Realty Advisors, Orangewood Commerce Center is a new state-of-the-art industrial warehouse development located in the Uptown district of Phoenix, Arizona. Pritchard Associates began providing project management and development services in 2022, with construction starting in September 2024 and finishing one month ahead of schedule in August 2025. The facility includes 272,276 square feet of warehouse space, a 190-foot truck court, 59 dock doors, and four oversized overhead doors. Site improvements feature 76 trailer parking spaces, 246 car spaces, and eight ADA spaces. The project also includes a 2,000-square-foot speculative office suite for a future tenant. Enhanced landscaping and a rare underground detention pond further distinguish this project’s advanced design and functionality.
