North Dallas Government Center

Engaged by the City of Dallas, Pritchard Associates managed a 109,000-square-foot interior finish project, providing new offices for the County Constable, Tax Assessor, Passport Division, AgriLife Department, and County Treasurer. The project also included updated offices and courtrooms for Juvenile Court, Truancy Court, County Commissioners, and Justices of the Peace, along with a centralized Conference Center. The remaining space on the fourth floor was prepared for future occupancy. Construction began in March 2019, with a Certificate of Occupancy achieved in December 2019, while maintaining 25% MWBE participation throughout.
