Niagara Bottling

Niagara Bottling, a leading provider in the bottled water market, leased the newly constructed Mountain Creek Distribution Center 1 in 2015.  Pritchard Associates, having managed the construction of the shell building, was retained by Niagara to complete the interior construction.  This 630,000-SF Class A industrial building consists of 3,030 SF of air-conditioned office space and a 626,970-SF warehouse with a loading zone offering 32 dock doors.
