Nexus Recovery Center

In July 2022, Pritchard Associates began to work on the Nexus Recovery Center Phase 1 Doswell Medical Building New Construction Project. The Doswell Medical Building is the first phase in a master plan for the Nexus campus that will extend for several years. Pritchard Associates will be managing the removal and relocation of the existing CDC playground, the design and construction of the new Doswell Medical Building, the demolition and removal of the current dormitory as well as the complete design, construction, and landscaping of the new circular campus entry. Construction began on March 2024 and is set to be completed at the end of May 2025.
