Eider Creek Capital’s development, the Mountain Creek East Logistics Center, showcases a modern Cross-dock Loading Facility in Dallas, Texas’ industrial sector. Launched in late 2021 and wrapped up by May 2023, this project presents a substantial building covering 467,541 square feet, including an office area of 3,395 square feet. The facility’s design is enhanced by appealing corner entries, adding to the visual impact. Functionality is a priority with 95 spots for trailer parking and the inclusion of two detention ponds, which serve environmental and logistical functions. The project also spurred significant offsite public work, including the widening of Crystal Lake Boulevard and Dan Morton Road, and the improvement of the area’s industrial framework.
