Leif Johnson Ford

Leif Johnson Ford is expanding its presence in the Austin, Texas area and has engaged Pritchard Associates to manage the project from start to finish. Located on a 7.22-acre site off Highway 71, the development includes a new single-story service building and a dedicated showroom facility. The service building spans 44,679 square feet on the first floor, with an additional 9,357 square feet of mezzanine space, and will house service bays, parts storage, and support areas. The showroom building features 25,627 square feet for detailing, service, and display, along with 16,114 square feet on the first floor and service drive, and 7,782 square feet on the second floor—designed to deliver an elevated customer experience and support Leif Johnson Ford’s continued growth. Construction began in April 2024 and is scheduled for completion in June 2026.
