Leif Johnson Ford – Truck City

Pritchard Associates is partnering with Leif Johnson Ford to deliver a best-in-class Ford Pro commercial vehicle dealership to the growing market of Buda, Texas. The 79,584 square-foot facility is anchored by a large open-span service department with 42 service bays, supported by a mezzanine level for accessory storage. The program also includes a customer lobby and lounge, parts department, offices, locker rooms, and a dedicated shop wash bay.

The building is a pre-engineered metal structure purpose-built for high-volume commercial fleet service. Site work includes full grading, stormwater management, and utility coordination along one of the region’s highest-traffic commercial corridors, with a 600-car inventory lot rounding out the full-service campus. The project is slated for completion in January 2027.
