Layne Crossing

Layne Crossing is a master planned, multi-building Industrial complex on 40 acres in north Houston, Texas for which we provided Project Management and development services. The complex includes six Industrial warehouses, ranging from 56K SF to 174K SF. Of the buildings, two are front load buildings, two are rear load buildings, one is side load building, and one is cross-dock building. The complex also includes trailer storage, and large truck courts. The project started in 2019 and finished in 2020. Pritchard Associates has also completed numerous interior finishes for tenants such as Mainfreight, APG, Insco, Daikin Applied, Doorscapes, Guitar Center, KrisTech, ANR Transport, Daikin Expansion, Doorscapes Expansion, Win.It America. Senox, and Canteen Vending.
