Completed in the spring of 2017, this 202,487-SF, 190-room hotel features an in-house bar, breakfast area, fitness center, meeting rooms and an abundance of lobby digital plugs and media resting spots for multi-tasking travelers.  Operable exterior walls at street level provide a courtyard feel to the lobby on mild days, while wall panels featuring local art decorate the exterior of the parking garage below.  The hotel design incorporates specifications to meet Austin’s Energy Green Building Program protocols.
