Highland Grove Logistics Park

Highland Grove Industrial Park in Houston, Texas is one of our projects for Crow Holdings. We provided Project Management Development services for this six building, 1.1 million SF Industrial project that started in 2017 and completed in 2019. Highland Grove Park sits on a 70 acre campus and fronts Highway 290. The site includes onsite trailer parking as well as 4 acres of additional parking.
