Health Wildcatters, a prominent healthcare accelerator dedicated to nurturing startups, has recently relocated to the Pegasus Park Building in Dallas, Texas. This strategic move involved a comprehensive office fit-out completed between May and August 2022, spanning an area of 4,948 square feet. The new space is thoughtfully designed to foster innovation and collaboration, featuring eight offices, a conference room, a huddle room, a reception area, and a kitchen with an adjacent breakroom. Additional facilities tailored for dynamic startup activities include an accelerator room and pitch rooms, providing open, versatile spaces for client interaction. The renovation included upgrades such as new drywall, paint, flooring, countertops, as well as modernized HVAC and electrical systems, ensuring a state-of-the-art environment that aligns with the needs of emerging healthcare enterprises.

Phase 2 Expansion began construction April 1, 2025 to add an additional 2,300 square footage of office space and is expected to be completed in November 2025.
