Pritchard Associates successfully managed the 354,904 SF tenant finish-out for Greif Manufacturing at the Mountain Creek East Logistics warehouse in Dallas, TX. The scope included 9,582 SF of built-out office space designed to support daily operations and administrative functions. Greif, a global leader in industrial packaging, is dedicated to providing high-quality clean and recycled products, and required a facility tailored to support its specialized production needs. Pritchard Associates delivered the project on an aggressive 8-month timeline—achieving a 5-month time savings on the critical Oncor transfer delivery to meet the client’s operational deadline.
