Great Hills Country Club

Pritchard Associates served as owner’s representative and project manager on a two-phase renovation of the Great Hills Country Club in Austin, Texas, partnering with the club to modernize and expand its food and beverage venues. The interior remodel covered approximately 3,571 square feet across select areas of the existing clubhouse. Construction began on April 2025, and reached completion in May 2026, a build spanning approximately 13 months.

Fairview Dining and its adjoining lounge anchored the renovation, which extended into a new Quiet Lounge, the Grab and Go Cafe, and the entry, service, and storage areas serving them. Custom walnut millwork and tongue-and-groove wood ceilings set the tone throughout, with herringbone European white oak flooring and moss green leather banquette seating completing the dining room. The completed spaces give members a range of settings for gathering, from a casual morning coffee to a full dinner service.
