Extra Space opened two Austin locations in 2017.  The Walden Park area location features a three-story, 348-unit building with 23 parking spaces.  The second, a five-building complex near Anderson Mill, offers both air-conditioned and unconditioned space.  A central three-story, climate-controlled building contains 228 storage units in 65,627 SF. Four additional one-story, drive up buildings provide another 104 storage units in 20,300 SF.
