DoubleTree Hotel

The 108,000-SF phased project at Doubletree – Love Field began in 2016 with the installation of a new front desk area and improvements to the hotel’s flexible event space and lobby. Two ballrooms and 13 meeting rooms were modernized, and state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment was integrated into the meeting areas.  In 2017, the Sports Page Grill and its extended outdoor patio-seating area were fully remodeled, giving the in-house restaurant a warm, casual energy.    The parking lot was resurfaced in 2019.  The full renovation was completed in 2022 with the seven-floor upgrade of the hotel’s 244 guest rooms, hallways and vending areas.  DTLF is the winner of the TEXO 2017 Distinguished Building Award Merit Award Interior Finish-Out ($500k-$2m).
