Pritchard Associates oversaw the design and construction of a new industrial addition to the Dallas-Fort Worth market. Phase 1 began in January 2023, with the entire project completed in December 2024 after 24 months of construction. The two-phase development includes a four-building industrial park spanning 1,143,648 square feet, located just six minutes from DFW Airport. The park features 253 dock doors, 10 drive-in overhead doors, 1,134 parking spaces, and 212 trailer parking spaces, making it a highly functional and accessible facility for modern industrial needs.
