Dallas Country Club – Indoor Tennis Building

Dallas Country Club began its major redevelopment project in 2009. The Indoor Tennis Building, completed in late 2020, was part of the redevelopment project. The Tennis Building is a three-story red brick building with four indoor and four rooftop tennis courts. Inside the building, the first-floor indoor court area—constructed below grade—is open in the middle up to the third floor with viewing areas to the courts below from the second and third  floors. The first floor also features a snack bar and restrooms, and two clay courts were constructed at the exterior of the building. By the end of the redevelopment project, a sky bridge will connect the Tennis Building to the rest of the Country Club. In 2021, this project was a TEXO Award Merit Winner.
