Crow Holdings Industrial partnered with Pritchard Associates to deliver a three-building industrial park in Dallas, TX, totaling 523,167 square feet. Completed in July 2025, the project was constructed on a reclaimed landfill site and included specialized site preparation such as dynamic compaction and a 12-inch crushed concrete cap. A methane vapor barrier was installed beneath each building slab to ensure long-term environmental safety.

Architecturally, the park presents a sleek, modern aesthetic defined by alternating vertical gray and white façade panels, deep metal canopies, and rich wood-tone accents that bring warmth to the clean industrial design. Expansive glass storefronts at each entry allow natural light into tenant spaces, creating a professional and inviting atmosphere. The development features a 210-foot shared truck court and additional 120- and 125-foot courts between buildings to optimize circulation and logistics. Across the park, 152 dock doors and ESFR fire protection systems—including dedicated fire pumps for each building—support high-volume distribution and operational flexibility.
