Champions Park

Champions Park, completed in 2016, provides an array of entertainment and casual dining venues with easy access to I-30 and minutes away from AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Park.  The 14-acre development boasts 55,000 SF of retail space with enough variety to meet the tastes and needs of every patron.  Pritchard Associates provided project management for the shell building and has continued as the Owner’s Representative to monitor tenant interior construction for retail partners such as:
