Bow River MOB (now Gateway Medical Center)

Located adjacent to Healthcare Associates of Texas, this 66,000 SF, three-story medical office building was constructed to house primary care physicians, with permitting for a future ambulatory center.  It is currently home to UT Southwestern Medical Center at Las Colinas West. The ambulatory surgery center opened in 2021.
