Big Freddy Logistics Development

Big Freddy Logistics Development represents one of our industrial projects for Crow Holdings, located in Tacoma, Washington. We delivered Project Management Development services for this project, which started in 2019 and concluded in mid-2021. The development includes three back-loaded, concrete tilt-wall buildings with a total area exceeding 700,000 square feet. Additionally, the project involved right of way work for three surrounding streets, enhancing access and infrastructure around the site.
