7-Eleven Headquarters

Pritchard Associates managed the construction of the 7-Eleven Corporate Campus, a 350,000-square-foot facility completed in November 2015 after a 15-month timeline. The campus features three levels above ground and one underground, along with a 60,955-square-foot detached parking garage that accommodates 1,631 vehicles. On the first floor, the 7-Eleven Worldwide Test Kitchen serves as the brand’s hub for developing and testing new recipes prior to distribution.
