Jim Pritchard, President

Jim launched Pritchard Associates in 1994 to provide project management assistance to companies and commercial real estate developers across the nation. As President of the company, Jim continues to maintain a very hands-on role in the company’s projects and in the development of the team. Prior to founding Pritchard Associates, Jim spent 10 years at Trammell Crow, rising to the position of Executive Vice President of the Design and Construction Group. His expertise and character are evident in the lasting relationships he has developed with clients, general contractors, architects, city officials, and peers over the past 35 years.

A 2019 addition to the staff at Pritchard Associates, Dakhil previously worked in Jordan as a Civil Engineer overseeing the underwater rehabilitation of the Aqaba seaport. Since joining Pritchard, he has worked with several senior Project Managers on retail, office, industrial, government and multi-family facilities. His projects include Dallas County’s North and South municipal buildings and voting testing facility, as well as the historical renovation of the iconic Dallas Forest Theater, and the Alexan Old Town apartments in Alexandria, VA.

Prior to joining Pritchard Associates in 2020, Paul spent several years as a general contractor in residential construction & development before transitioning to management, coordinating and supervising 150 employees in the San Antonio and Central Texas area. His understanding of the construction process, experience in people management, skill in contract negotiation, and familiarity with the municipal staff and city council members in Central and South Texas bring a unique blend of abilities to our San Antonio office. Among his current projects are Goodwill Industries of SA, Superior Storage in California, The McDowell apartment complex in Arizona, and the Alexan Julian community in Colorado.

Travis Baxter

Travis Baxter, Project Manager

Joining Pritchard Associates in 2015, Travis has a strong background in Civil Engineering with additional advanced degrees in real estate. Adept at managing of any type of project, Travis has become a critical component in the construction of complex infrastructure projects and multi-building industrial hubs such Highland Grove, Stafford Grove, Mark IV, and HSR Industrial Parks and Victory Commerce Center. He recently completed several infrastructure projects for American Airlines’ corporate campus at DFW Airport and is currently working on the development of the new Palo Pinto State Park for Texas.

Craig joined Pritchard Associates in 2021 as a Project Manager in our San Antonio office. Prior to joining Pritchard Associates, Craig had a successful twenty-year career in the environmental services industry, overseeing multiple territories and developing strategic plans to advance his company’s profitability and growth. At Pritchard Associates, Craig manages some of our largest industrial centers, totaling over two million square feet of new warehouse distribution space. Craig’s ability to coordinate teams, manage budgets, and streamline logistics operations allows him to advance our clients’ objectives effectively, yielding quality results and efficient building processes.

Kristi Bira

Kristi has been with Pritchard Associates since its 1994 inception, serving as the Office and Corporate Accounting Manager. She was instrumental to getting Pritchard Associates “off the ground,” and has continued to be an important part of Pritchard’s success today with input into every aspect of the business, from accounting to marketing to personnel management. Prior to joining Pritchard Associates, Kristi spent several years as a legal assistant for various real estate law firms and title companies in the Dallas and Central Texas area, culminating in five years as the Project Administrator in the Design and Construction Group at Trammell Crow.

Leticia Brand

Leticia Brand, Project Coordinator

With 12 years prior experience in the construction field, Leticia joined Pritchard Associates in 2013. She provides valuable support to Senior and Assistant Project Managers on projects ranging from industrial and manufacturing facilities to retail centers, religious facilities, multi-family communities, and mixed-use developments. Leticia is an active participant in both project design meetings and the planning and managing of team goals. Her responsibilities include permit submission, design and construction bid packages, contract execution, invoice package review, weekly and monthly project reporting, project scheduling and project closeout documentation. In 2018, Leticia began assisting in project oversight, supervising the construction of the Dallas City Home Headquarters and the renovation to its two-story, three-unit multi-family building.

Kristina began working with Pritchard Associates in November 2016 as the Director of First Impressions, interacting with visitors, managing the office areas, and maintaining company supplies. In 2018, she was promoted to Executive Assistant to Jim Pritchard; then, over the next two years, she took on additional Project Managers in our Dallas, Austin and San Antonio offices as a Project Coordinator. Currently, Kristina’s responsibilities include construction bidding, contracts, invoice package review and lien tracking, construction reporting, and coordination of final project closeout procedures and manuals. In 2021, she joined our website management team.

Roger Dahlin

Roger Dahlin, Project Manager

Roger began at Pritchard Associates in 1995, the first Project Manager after Jim. Roger brings unsurpassed expertise with more than 40 years of commercial experience, as well as maintaining his architectural registration in four states. As a Senior Architect and Project Manager, he has managed the development of more 600 projects totaling almost $2 billion for industrial, medical, charitable, retail, office and multi-family facilities in Texas and across the nation. His areas of expertise include code interpretation, property condition reports, ADA compliance, site analysis, litigation support, expert witness testimony, and specification writing. Among his notable projects are the 225-acre Wildlife Commerce Park in Grand Prairie, TX, the Cheddar’s Corporate Headquarters in Dallas, and San Antonio Food Bank.

Cody joined Pritchard Associates’ Dallas office in 2022. He comes to Pritchard with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. His dedication and ability led to his hiring as an Assistant Project Manager upon graduation, then promotion to Project Manager in 2016. With more than 100 completed projects, his portfolio includes multi-family, office, government, assisted living, and religious facilities. David has overseen the completion of numerous Alexan and Hanover apartment communities as well as the renovation of the historical Dallas County Records Building complex, the corporate headquarters for Vizient (VHA) in Irving, and the Moody Neurorehabilitation Institute in Lubbock, TX.

Alex joined Pritchard Associates in 2013 as Jim Pritchard’s Executive Assistant. In 2017, she transitioned to the role of Project Coordinator for multiple Project Managers, handling project requirements from inception to completion including construction bidding, contracts, invoice package review and lien tracking, construction reporting, and coordination of final project closeout procedures and manuals. In 2019, Alex began managing the financial aspects of estimating, budgeting, and invoice processing for our clients’ projects. Matt Hoklas

Matt Hoklas, Project Coordinator and IT Director

Matt joined Pritchard Associates in 2021 as Project Coordinator and IT Director. After earning a degree in Physics, Matt began his nine-year career with ATP Jets, a flight-training school in Dallas/Fort Worth. Starting as a Print Production Specialist, his various roles at ATP Jets included onboarding flight instructors, developing criteria for flight students, maintaining FAA compliance records, and culminated with him serving as ATP’s Assistant Director of Operations. Matt’s ability to track and manage details in conjunction with his science and regulatory background make him uniquely equipped to handle any problem at any stage of a project.

Deanna Jacoby, Database Administrator

Deanna was brought on to Pritchard Associates in 2001 to oversee monthly construction reporting. Her previous background in computer programming led her to take over the development of the office database system, now at the heart of Pritchard Associates’ operations in project tracking, contact management, marketing, and project cost accounting and invoicing. Over the years, Deanna has used her organizational abilities and experience to set the office standards for our comprehensive project closeout manuals, contract management systems and monthly construction progress reports. Today, she maintains our website as well as continuing to expand the abilities of our database.

Kyle left Jacobs Engineering in 2012 to join Pritchard Associates. As one of our three resident architects, Kyle brings a vital blend of design and project management expertise to every project. Clair Potter, Project Manager

Clair joined Pritchard Associates in 2012. With a background in civil engineering and land development, she has worked with various city and state municipalities developing warehouse and manufacturing facilities, schools, retail centers, hotels, country clubs, assisted living facilities, and high-rise office buildings. Clair was instrumental to the success of The Hockaday School project, a three-year, multi-phase construction plan that included a dormitory renovation, new Science and Fine Arts buildings, and a new Child Development Center. She has also completed corporate offices for Vistaprint and Smoothie King as well as the Frisco Fresh Market, an open-air market and entertainment venue in Frisco, TX.

Mark joined Pritchard Associates in 2006, bringing a background of more than 30 years of lending experience specialized in land development and construction financing. Since that time, he has completed over 200 projects in 18 states, including climate-controlled self-storage, industrial, multi-family, retail, hotel, medical, educational, office and assisted living, with particular experience in the industrial, climate-controlled self-storage and retail sector. Brett Ratliff

Brett Ratliff, Project Manager

Brett left Trammell Crow in 1998 to become one of the original members of the Pritchard Associates team. With almost three decades of experience in construction management and real estate, he has managed over 600 projects of office, retail, worship, hotel, assisted living, and warehouse space. Brett’s crowning achievement, management of the renovation and construction of the multi-award-winning Old Parkland corporate campus in Dallas, TX, included the complete restoration of the campus’ historic Old Parkland hospital and Nurses Quarters, and construction of an additional seven buildings housing over 100 tenants.

Lyle Sendlein

Lyle Sendlein, Project Manager

Following a nine-year career in the NFL with the Arizona Cardinals, Lyle retired from football and joined Pritchard Associates in 2017. Voted team captain for his strong leadership ability, this attribute, along with his prior experience in construction and expertise in the planning and permitting process, has made Lyle a valuable asset of the Pritchard team. Lyle’s projects have totaled over $300 million in multi-family and student housing, assisted living, retail, medical, and self-storage. Among his projects are Sage Senior Living in San Marcos, TX; The Halsten at Chauncey Lane in Scottsdale, AZ; Stone Hill and Windsor Oak Hill apartments in Austin, TX; and Public Storage in Hollywood, CA.

Taylor Wildman

Taylor Wildman, Project Manager

Taylor Wildman came to Pritchard Associates in 2014. Prior to joining, Taylor worked as a Project Superintendent where he oversaw the construction of state and national roadway projects such as FM 2499 over Lake Lewisville in Texas and US 75 in Melissa, TX. Since then, he has managed the construction of numerous warehouse and manufacturing facilities including Mercer Crossing Building 3, Frisco Commerce Center, and Interceramic Tile, as well as the renovation of the Dallas Market Center and offices for The Bellomy Group. Currently, Taylor is working on the renovation of the iconic Pegasus Park tower.

Hayat Qurunful

Hayat Qurunful, Project Coordinator

Hayat joined the Pritchard Associates’ Austin office in 2022 to provide project support to our Central Texas team. Prior to joining Pritchard Associates, she served as Architectural and Compliance Coordinator for Brookfield Residential, overseeing 30-45 residential projects per month, as well as creating sustainable neighborhood greenspaces designed to attract native species and provide educational opportunities for residents.  Hayat also spent six years in the field of Watershed Protection, first as Assistant to Chief Science Office of The River Systems Institute of Texas, where she managed pre-legislative conferences on Texas’ Water issues; and then as a Planner in the City of Austin’s Watershed Protection Department, where she designed and maintained watershed action plans for the City of Austin and coordinated watershed protection ordinance meetings at City Hall.
