Spencer joined Pritchard Associates in 2026 as an Assistant Project Manager, bringing hands-on experience in commercial and industrial construction. Most recently, he served as an Assistant Project Manager at Ridgemont Commercial Construction, and prior to that as a Project Manager at ARCO/Murray Design-Build, where he helped oversee industrial design-build developments from early design through closeout. At Pritchard Associates, Spencer supports senior project managers by coordinating teams, conducting field visits, tracking schedules and costs, and supporting contractor and consultant oversight to help ensure projects align with owner objectives. Spencer holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from SMU’s Lyle School of Engineering and brings strong technical instincts alongside practical construction management experience to the team.
