Roger joined Pritchard Associates in 1995 as a Project Manager. Roger brings unsurpassed expertise to each project with more than 40 years of experience in commercial and industrial projects, as well as maintaining his architectural registration in 4 states. As a Senior Architect and Project Manager, he has managed the development of more than 43 million square feet of industrial, medical, charitable, retail, office and multi-family projects in Texas and across the nation. Other areas of expertise include code interpretation, property condition reports, ADA compliance, site analysis, litigation support, expert witness testimony, and specification writing. Prior to joining Pritchard Associates, he specialized in designing and managing the development of large grocery store chains and restaurants
