About Nereyda
Nereyda joined Pritchard Associates in 2023 as a Project Accountant bringing ten years of accounting experience. In her seven-year tenure as a Staff & Senior Accountant at Hillwood Communities – A Perot Company, she was responsible for full cycle accounting on multiple residential development projects. At Hillwood she gained experience in preparing and forecasting development budgets, month-end & year-end close, high-volume accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliations, preparing loan draw schedules, cash projections & analysis, and various cyclical and ad-hoc reports. Nereyda’s extensive experience in development budgeting, auditing, and accounting makes her an indispensable asset to our team.
