Mark joined Pritchard Associates in 2006, bringing a background of more than 30 years of lending experience specialized in land development and construction financing. Since that time, he has completed over 200 projects in 18 states, including climate-controlled self-storage, industrial, multi-family, retail, hotel, medical, educational, office and assisted living, with particular experience in the industrial, climate-controlled self-storage and retail sector. Mark has numerous CubeSmart and Extra Space Self-Storage facilities in his portfolio.
