About Kristina
Kristina joined Pritchard Associates in November 2016 as the Director of First Impressions, where she managed office operations, visitor engagement, and supply logistics. In 2018, she was promoted to Executive Assistant to Jim Pritchard and later expanded her role to Project Coordinator, supporting multiple Project Managers across Pritchard’s offices. As a Project Coordinator, Kristina oversees construction bidding, contract administration, pay application reviews, lien waiver tracking, construction reporting, and coordination of final project closeout procedures and manuals. In 2021, she took on website management, ensuring project data accuracy, portfolio updates, and coordinating final photography. Over the past eight years, Kristina has continually grown her expertise, becoming a valued and integral team member.
