Jimmy joined Pritchard Associates in 2026, bringing a strong field-based construction background to the team. At Pritchard, he assists project managers by coordinating teams, conducting field visits, tracking schedules and costs, and supporting contractor and consultant oversight to help ensure projects align with owner objectives. He spent three years with McCarthy Building Companies as a Senior Project Engineer and Assistant Superintendent, supporting aviation and higher education projects. His experience includes work on multiple Southwest Airlines projects, including headquarters improvements and a new flight training center, as well as managing the structural scope of a new academic facility for Collin College.
