Felipe Piedra Galindo joined Pritchard Associates in August 2026 as an Assistant Project Manager, bringing a structural engineering background to our team. In this role, he supports project managers and owners through the day-to-day complexities of construction projects, applying his technical foundation to help coordinate project teams, track budgets and schedules, and ensure work is delivered accurately and efficiently.
Prior to Pritchard, he spent three years as a Design Engineer at Connect Structural Engineering in Dallas, where he designed the lateral and gravity systems for structures, reviewed shop drawings, coordinated with architects and contractors, and conducted site observations across multiple large-scale developments. Felipe holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and is an Engineer-in-Training (EIT). He is fluent in both English and Spanish and has been active with the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers.
