About David
David came to Pritchard Associates in 2010 as a college intern. His dedication and ability led to his hiring as an Assistant Project Manager upon graduation, then promotion to Project Manager in 2016. With more than 100 completed projects, his portfolio includes multi-family, office, government, assisted living, and religious facilities. David has overseen the completion of numerous Alexan and Hanover apartment communities as well as the renovation of the historical Dallas County Records Building complex, the corporate headquarters for Vizient (VHA) in Irving, and the Moody Neurorehabilitation Institute in Lubbock, TX.
