Clair joined Pritchard Associates in 2012, holding a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas. With a background in civil engineering and land development, she has worked with various city and state municipalities developing warehouse and manufacturing facilities, schools, retail centers, hotels, country clubs, assisted living facilities, and high-rise office buildings. Clair was instrumental to the success of The Hockaday School project, a three-year, multi-phase construction plan that included a dormitory renovation, new Science and Fine Arts buildings, and a new Child Development Center. She has also completed corporate offices for Vistaprint and Smoothie King as well as the Frisco Fresh Market, an open-air market and entertainment venue in Frisco, TX.

Over the last decade, Clair has shifted her focus to the industrial sector, becoming a trusted specialist. Her deep industrial expertise continues to strengthen Pritchard’s growing logistics practice, with recent notable projects including Lawnview Industrial, a facility built on a former landfill site in Dallas, Texas, Conveyor Industrial, a three-building industrial park in Dallas, Texas; Gateway Logistics Park in El Paso, Texas, which now houses six warehouses; Wildhorse Industrial park in Austin, Texas; and Mountain Creek East Logistics, home to tenant Greif Manufacturing. She is currently expanding her expertise further as she pursues an Executive MBA at Southern Methodist University.
