About Brett
Brett left Trammell Crow in 1998 to become one of the original members of the Pritchard Associates team. With over three decades of experience in construction management and real estate, he has managed over 750 projects of office, retail, worship, hotel, assisted living, and warehouse space. Brett’s crowning achievement, management of the renovation and construction of the multi-award-winning Old Parkland corporate campus in Dallas, TX, included the complete restoration of the campus’ historic Old Parkland hospital and Nurses Quarters, and construction of an additional twelve buildings housing over 100 tenants.
