Since joining Pritchard Associates in 2013, Alex has become an integral part of the firm’s DNA, contributing across every department and role over the past decade. From IT support and accounting to project coordination and executive assistance, she is the only team member to have touched every corner of the company’s operations.
This rare, all-hands experience has shaped Alex into a true utility player, equal parts problem-solver, organizer, and creative thinker. Today, she serves as Executive Assistant to the President and Assistant Project Manager, juggling a unique blend of strategic support, branding oversight, and project execution.
Known internally as the “jack of all trades,” Alex brings unmatched institutional knowledge, a sharp eye for detail, and a deep commitment to the Pritchard process—ensuring every proposal, schedule, and communication reflects the professionalism and responsiveness clients have come to expect.
