Our story began in 1994, when Jim Pritchard left the Trammel Crow Company to start Pritchard Associates. His vision was to create a real estate advisory firm based on expertise and professionalism. Since then, we have grown from a small team of four to a dedicated staff of more than 25, built a portfolio of landmark projects across North America and gained experience through managing more than $17B+ in construction costs.
For the past 30 years, we have not wavered from our core business of providing hands-on project management services to developers, equity sponsors, banks, and owner-operators.
